Meeting Rachel and Michael and listening to their vision was inspiring from the very beginning.
Before opening their own space, they started with pop-ups — and naturally, I had to try the donuts for myself. Safe to say, they completely changed my opinion about donuts.
Their creativity, the unexpected flavours, and the attention they put into every detail make their creations feel like art. It might sound silly, but eating one of their donuts genuinely feels like eating a little piece of art.
Their story started three years ago. After travelling and discovering a shared passion for donuts, Rachel and Michael — both coming from culinary backgrounds — decided to turn that inspiration into something of their own. Creating things that were both beautiful and delicious had always been part of their dream.
Having the opportunity to meet them, understand that dream, and eventually help them find a space that felt just right was incredibly rewarding.
But the best real estate stories aren’t one-sided.
